Four Days and Counting...

We are just under four days until our group leaves for Australia. The excitement is building and is almost tangible. Some are already packed and have been for days while still others claim to "pack better when I'm under pressure."

We are still making final arrangements for our trip including trying to meet up with some of our parishioners' family members in Brisbane. We are looking forward to their hospitality and hope to get to meet some of their neighbors as well.

The one thing I don't think many of us will miss while we are gone is this Texas heat. The weather in Australia should range between about 48F and 70F during our trip. I have posted a picture of Bondi Beach Below. Matt Maher and the Fransiscan Friars will be hosting a concert here on July 16th and we hope to attend.
